PLAN C UNVEILS THE C.03 CAPSULE COLLECTION IN COLLABORATION WITH TANK

The Milan-based brand releases a new capsule collection in collaboration with TANK Magazine

Part of PLAN C’s commitment to a sustainable business, PLAN C C.03 is a mini summer wardrobe designed to breathe new life to the brand’s deadstock fabrics, that will be crafted for limited edition items, showcasing a variations of the label’s iconic essentials.

PLAN C limited edition capsule for summer 2022 will be previewed with a pop up on May 24^th at TANK GPS – a curated, experiential gallery space newly opened that will showcase TANK’S favourite fashion brands, books, designers and more in Central London.

Totems made with blocks of raw metal mesh and in contrast with orange resin elements, draw a path inside the exhibition space. The metallic architectures rest on portions of cobalt blue felted carpet to highlight the collection.

The pop up installation will be opened until June 4^th and later the capsule collection will be available in exclusive at plan-c.com online store starting from mid June.

PLAN C’s Creative Director Carolina Castiglioni created a mini wardrobe of Summer pieces, including superior quality cotton maxi dresses and shirts, long skirts, T-shirts enriched with the Pili&Bianca patches, as well as a tailored jacket to match a bermuda and a canvas trench.

The selection of deadstock fabrics employed for the capsule spans from a polka dot white poplin to a striped cotton, a yellow flower print and a selection of technical cottons in the iconic solid bright colors rust and mountain sky.

“Plan C is rooted in an idea of fashion that transcends seasons. My intent has always been to create alluring pieces that woman can treasure and continue wearing by mixing and matching them with new styles. For this reason, I wanted to give new life to beautiful fabrics that we used in previous collections kicking off a virtuous, sustainable cycle that reflects the principles of circular economy,” says Carolina Castiglioni. “At the same time, we also embraced the opportunity of creating limited edition pieces exclusively available for those shopping at our own online store. I think it’s important to give our consumers the chance to buy something really special.”
